Participants in WTA adult ladders must be high school age (entering 9th grade by September of the ladder year) or older.

Your signature indicates you understand and agree to the following:

·          You are a resident of Westfield, NJ.
·          Your name, phone number(s), email address and availability will be listed in a printed directory that is
            accessible by the members of the WTA. This information will also be listed in a searchable, password
            protected, on-line directory that is accessible by all WTA members.
·          Your name and rank on each ladder will be published in The Westfield Leader and on the WTA web site.
·          Your personal information will not be given to any 3rd party.
·          Town badges are not required to play on town courts at this time but this may be subject to change at a later date.
·          The WTA is not responsible for injuries that might occur during ladder or tournament  play.

Your application must be postmarked by May 1st for your name to be published in the printed directory, but you may join the WTA at any time. Send the application and $25 membership fee to:
