Groups of about four
couples are assigned to one member's home to get together for a meal prepared
by all. Past themes have included Grill Night, Oktoberfest, and Mexican and
Italian Night. This is a great way to meet others in a casual, small-group
atmosphere. This group meets four times a year.
Couples get together
for drinks and appetizers four times a year and enjoy group games such as
Pictionary, Guesstures, Scattegories, Murder Mystery Night and other trivia
games. Lots of laughs and a great way to meet new people.
This group meets four
times a year on a Saturday night to taste different wines, cheeses and appetizers.
Past themes have included wines and hors d'oeuvres of South America and wines of
France and Blind Wine Tasting. Come relax and socialize with other couples and
raise a toast to new friendships and fine wines!
Our two major social
events each year are the Progressive Dinner in late fall and the Spring Social
in the late spring. The Progressive Dinner is an evening of good cheer and
good company, and is one of the club's most popular annual events! The evening
will start with each member attending an appetizer house, then moving on to a
dinner house, and after dinner we meet at a members home for coffee and desserts.
This group meets seasonally
at local tennis courts on a mutually agreeable night and time. Afterwards, join the
group for a nightcap at a local watering hole!!
