   The Bear Trail

Baloo welcomes you to the Bear Trail! The Bear rank is for boys who have completed second grade (or are age 9). There are twenty-four Bear achievements in all. You must complete twelve of these in order to earn the Bear badge. You can pick the ones you want to do from four different categories - God, Country, Family, and Self. These requirements are somewhat more difficult and challenging than those for Wolf rank.

When you have done twelve Bear achievements, you will become a Bear Cub Scout. You will receive the Bear badge at a special ceremony at the next pack meeting. Congratulations!
