| Teddy Bears Aplenty |
WESTFIELD -- Troop 660 of GSWRC's Westfield Community recently hosted a Teddy Bear Tea for Girl Scouts in Kindergarten and first grade. Over 100 girls attended the event and donated items for the homeless. In addition, the girls drafted letters and sent over 100 stuffed animals to the Westfield Police Department and the 4-H summer program for children in Elizabeth. The younger girls enjoyed tea and cookies and danced with their favorite Teddy Bear. Then they learned about others less fortunate and ways that they could help.
