ELIZABETH --  Two Cadette Girl Scouts from Troop #277 of GSWRC's Elizabeth Community earned their silver award by planning and hosting a fun-filled Earth Day event held at St. Genevieve's Church in Elizabeth on April 10. The event was held for various Daisy and Brownie troops within the Elizabeth Community. The younger girls learned about the importance of protecting our planet. They took part in a skit, made arts and crafts, played games, had snacks and finished up with a big friendship circle. An informative and fun time was had by all. Below are some photos of the event.
