REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Registration Information

• Pre-registration is REQUIRED for all educational opportunities.
• Please …no Walk-ins!
• Registrations will not be accepted over the phone nor is space reserved.
• Course registrations are on a first come, first served basis.
• Registration deadline is five (5) business days before the course.
• Only pre-registered participants will be notified of cancellations, changes in dates or locations.
• Confirmation letters will be mailed for all courses.
• Substitutions may be made if you are unable to attend a course, if there is no waiting list.  Please notify the registrar.
• Registration forms are availiable online at www.westfieldnj.com/girlscouts, or through your service team or at the GSWRC Service Center.
• In the event of inclement weather, call the emergency hotline at 908-232-3236 ext. 1234 for updates and cancellations.
• Child care is not provided.
• As class size is limited, be sure to register early.  The Council reserves the right to cancel courses.
• All locations are subject to change as needed.
• All courses start on time and participants are expected to actively participate and stay until the end for credit to be given.  If you are more than 20 minutes later or must leave early, please reschedule for another time.
• Course forms may be submitted with the appropriate fees (where indicated) and requested copies of forms by fax, mail or dropped off at: GSWRC Service Center, 201 Grove Street East, Westfield, N.J.  Fax 232-4608.  Kindly make checks payable to GSWRC.
