The following is a list of classic and popular, contemporary books.  This list may help you make some choices about books to read.  Many of these books are student favorites.  The books are not required readings; we just hope that taking some time out to read for fun sounds like a good idea to you.  Most authors on this list have written several books.  All are fiction unless otherwise indicated.
